What are your thoughts about cryptocurrency?

My gut reaction is to distrust cryptocurrency, and will admit that I don’t understand it very well. Things are still evolving, and it just doesn’t seem like a safe investment unless you’ve really studied it and understand it. It sounds like it would be easy to lose your investment. It also sounds overhyped.

Unless you’re very financially savvy, my recommendation would be to stay away.
